After you submit your contact information Alex will get in contact with you, typically within 24 hours. During the phone call, Alex will ask you to provide details about the property, such as its address, condition, and maintenance.
During the phone call, Alex will schedule a walkthrough of the property with you to assess the value. At the end of the inspection, you will have an all-cash as-is offer with no contingencies and you don’t pay any closing costs.
