How do you compensate agents, brokers, and wholesalers?
It depends on the deal type and who is involved. In general, I either pay assignment or referral fees, build you into the transaction in a clear way, or set up a simple split on the profit. The important part is that the structure is written down so there is no confusion later.
Will you go around me to my seller, buyer, or investor?
No. Protecting your relationships is non negotiable. If you introduce me to someone, I treat that as your relationship and work through the agreement we have in place. If something ever feels off, I expect you to tell me so we can address it fast.
What kinds of deals are you most interested in right now?
I focus on real estate and small businesses where there is a clear problem to solve or clear value to add. That can mean tired rentals, properties that need work, or small businesses with solid cash flow that need a transition. If your opportunity is outside that range, you can still share it and I will let you know quickly if it makes sense.
Do you only work with people in one city or country?
